DECODE is in its fourth phase: each project country is realising a quantitative research on “Practices, skills and training needs of digital teachers” (IO4).
At the end, a report will be produced, based on the results of national online survey.
The comparative survey aims to detect experiences, skills and training needs of teachers with the aim of detecting strengths, areas for improvement and development prospects, encouraged by the changes observed in the new educational paradigm, through a multi-dimensional and multi-perspective approach. The survey aims to reconstruct the digital innovation trend in educational agencies (meso level), supporting the accompanying demands of educational agencies.
Each country is conducting a national research through the online survey platform shared to allow the comparison of national trends.
The online survey will involve about 2000 teachers for any level or kind of school: 300 in Finland, 450 in Spain, 450 in Italy, 400 in England EN and 400 in Romania.
