• to introduce new topics and learn new concepts
• to be better prepared for exams
• to organize challenges with other classes

In order to use Kahoot! a teacher needs a IBW (Interactive Whiteboard) or a projector and any kind of device that can be connected to the Internet (smartphone, computer, tablet, etc.) with which pupils can answer in real time to the questions previously formulated by the teacher.

The quiz can be composed of multiple choices: each answer is identified by a color and a geometric shape and the duration of each question is marked by different background melodies (depending on the time available to answer) which help to motivate the competitors creating a real atmosphere of challenge.
